Boca Boxing District is a premier boxing studio located in East Boca Raton, Florida dedicated to bringing you a new spin on health and fitness through the art of boxing. Boca Boxing District is a privately owned studio by Former N.A.B.F Champion and 3X World title challenger Dyah Davis, also Son of 1976 Olympic Gold Medalist Howard Davis Jr. At the Boca Boxing District we've developed true to form boxing workouts with uniquely designed bag drills and partner exercises that combine athletic skills with proper boxing technique that aims to grow your physical and mental conditioning.
