Cien Xiang is the Director and Legal Representative of BOCI Equity Investment Fund Management (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., with 20 years of experience in the financial industry and a deep understanding of capital markets in China. Cien has spent 12 years in various roles within Human Resources, Board Secretariat, Executive Office, and administration, demonstrating effective leadership and execution skills. Previously, Cien held positions at the Bank of China as an Associate Manager and Manager, and at BOC International as Head of the Admin Department and Director. Cien obtained a master's degree in Finance from Zhejiang University from 2001 to 2004.
