Established in 2017, Bocking Homes is an independent housebuilder based in Essex, with experience developing and building homes across the county.

We create beautiful homes which are designed to be in keeping with their surroundings in order to minimise the impact on the land.

Each site reflects our passion for quality, attention to detail and uniqueness because we are building homes, not just houses. This is aided by the genuine love we have for building and the pride we have in our work.
