Kate Walsh

Kate Walsh serves as the Chief Retail Officer at BoConcept since April 2024, bringing extensive experience in the retail sector. Previously, Kate held several senior roles at Pandora, including SVP Omnichannel Retail, where responsibilities included overseeing global e-commerce profitability and managing omnichannel operations across nine market clusters. Other significant positions at Pandora included Managing Director for the UK & Ireland and Northern Europe, where Kate handled full P&L responsibilities and led substantial revenue operations. Kate's career also features roles in consultancy, business development at Starbucks, and a competitive placement on 'The Apprentice' with Lord Sugar. An alumnus of Aston University with a First-Class Honours degree in Psychology and Management, Kate furthered education through executive education at Harvard Business School.
