Zoe Shields

Zoe Shields is a seasoned retail professional with a diverse background, holding significant positions across prominent companies. From September 2000 to November 2001, Zoe served as a Store Manager at B&Q. Following this, Zoe advanced to a Retail Account Manager role at BoConcept from May 2007 to August 2010, before becoming the Country Manager for the UK, Ireland, and Eastern Europe in August 2010. In this current role, Zoe oversees recruitment of new franchisees in the UK and Ireland, manages national strategies for all stores, and provides strategic consulting to franchise partners. Zoe has also gained leadership experience as a Team Leader at IKEA Group from 1997 to 2001. An academic background in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation was obtained from The Manchester Metropolitan University, where Zoe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from 1993 to 1996.
