Erika Johnson is an experienced educator and marketing professional, currently serving as a Marketing Manager at Boddle Learning since October 2021 and a Field Editor at WeAreTeachers since February 2021. Prior to these roles, Erika spent over six years at Westlake Charter School, teaching both 7th grade math/science and 5th grade, and two years as a 3rd grade teacher at St. Philomene School. Erika holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from the University of California, Davis, where also completed a Bachelor's degree in Classics Civilizations.

Boddle is a game-based learning platform that helps K-12 teachers assess and differentiate their students’ learning. Their mission is to engage grades K-6 students in learning through their interactive game platform, and help equip teachers and parents to be better facilitators by identifying learning gaps early on and giving them effective tools to address these gaps.
