Bodē nyc first opened its doors in August 1999 becoming Manhattan’s first Bikram Yoga Studio. Word quickly spread about the amazing benefits of the practice, and the company has since opened three more studios, and expanded class offerings to provide a 360 degree fitness experience. Other classes offered that complement the Bikram Method practice include Hot HIIT™, Hot bodē flow, and Yin Nidra.
