Paul Baltzer is currently an Airline Captain at JetBlue Airways and a Forensic Genetic Genealogist with Bode Technology. They have been working in these roles since 2007 and 2023, respectively, and have also contributed as an Investigative Genetic Genealogist with the DNA Doe Project since 2021. Paul served as an Officer in the USAF from 1986 to 2007. They hold an MBA from Central Michigan University, a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Genetic Genealogy from the University of New Haven, and are pursuing additional studies in Investigative Genetic Genealogy at Ramapo College of New Jersey.
