Theodore Shek

Theodore Shek is a Senior DNA Analyst at Bode Technology, where they have worked since 2015, processing and reporting on evidentiary DNA samples. They previously held roles as a Databanking DNA Analyst and Project Lead, successfully devising processing plans for timely sample documentation. Theodore earned a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biomedical Sciences with First Class Honors from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Master of Forensic Science from The George Washington University, where they also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Their research includes identifying novel microbial heat shock protein gene markers and developing a method for spermatozoa detection.
