With LabTrain, a flexible and innovative laboratory system, Bodegro offers a solution for each type of Life Science laboratory, supporting the laboratory processes varying from a Medical Microbiology Laboratory to a regulatory intensive Bloodbank laboratory. Typical LabTrain usages are: 
-	Serving as one LIMS within several laboratories in one organisation - for example Clinical Chemistry, Medical Microbiology, and Blood transfusion, Genetic Metabolic Disease  laboratories.
-	Offering a middleware solution for connecting all types of laboratory instruments with each LIMS.
-	Supporting and automating the PCR workflow, where the data of instruments from different suppliers are interfaced and displayed in one user interface. Leaving the lab technicians more time, less errors and more flexibility within the PCR process (multiwell, multiplex).
-	Supporting the test outsourcing process within collaborating organisations (extramural).
