Anand Warkare is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement, operational management, and partner relations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Engagement & Support at Beachbody since January 2016, Anand oversees offshore service delivery and manages outsourced servicing across B2B and B2C channels in India. Previous roles include Director & Head of Partner Management & Revenue Optimization, where responsibilities expanded to revenue optimization to meet the demands of a dynamic company. Anand's prior experience at American Express spanned roles such as Senior Manager of Service Partner Relationships and Assistant Manager in various capacities, focused on customer servicing, supply chain management, and operational efficiency. Anand holds a Master's degree in Marketing, HR, and Operations Management from the Management Development Institute, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Delhi University.
