Deb Gress

Deb Gress has extensive experience in the fitness and health industry, currently serving as an Independent Diamond Beachbody Coach since April 2012, where training and guidance for aspiring entrepreneurs are provided along with nutrition and fitness counseling to enhance clients' health. In addition, Deb has been an Athletic Trainer at CNOS since August 2000, focusing on injury prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation for high school athletes, while also educating stakeholders on related topics. Previous experience includes an Administrative Assistant role at the Crawford County Attorney's Office from October 2010 to July 2012, involved in preparing legal documents and providing support for various court systems. Deb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from the University of Iowa, earned between 1995 and 1999.
