Jared Thigpen

Jared Thigpen has significant experience in technology and management roles. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Consumer Technology at Beachbody, where they oversee the development and support of various platforms, including the digital BODi platform and commerce platform. Jared has shown adaptability and leadership during times of change, such as the impact of COVID-19 and the company's transition to becoming publicly traded. Prior to their current role, Jared worked at Pariveda Solutions, where they served as a Principal Consultant, Technical Manager, Team Lead, and Senior Developer. Jared played a key role in establishing and leading Pariveda's Mobile Practice and was responsible for driving major mobile development projects. Before joining Pariveda, Jared worked as a Software Developer at Autonomy etalk, focusing on telephony software development. Jared started their career as an Intern at First Command Financial Planning and then worked as an Academic Assistant at DeVry University.

Jared Thigpen started their education journey in 2000 at the University of North Texas. Jared studied Radio, Television, and Film for a year before moving on to DeVry University. From 2001 to 2004, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems at DeVry University. In addition to their formal education, Jared obtained a certification as a Xamarin Certified Developer from Xamarin in March 2016.
