Joe Disilva

Joe DiSilva has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Joe most recently worked as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Inventory at Beachbody starting in February 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Sr Director of Program Management at Beachbody from September 2018 to February 2019. Before joining Beachbody, Joe was the General Manager at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope from May 2016 to May 2018. Joe also held various positions at Steelscape, including Plant Manager from April 2011 to May 2016, Operations Manager from October 2007 to April 2011, and Distribution Manager from August 2003 to October 2007. Before Steelscape, Joe worked as the Director of Logistics at Ferro Union from June 2001 to May 2003. Joe also served as the Logistics Manager at IPC Communications, Inc from November 2000 to April 2001, and as the Distribution Manager at Sameday.com aka Shipper.com from July 1999 to November 2000.

Joe DiSilva earned their BA in History from the University of Vermont, attending from 1985 to 1989. Joe later obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. In addition to their degrees, they obtained a certification in Supply Chain Foundations from LinkedIn in July 2018.
