Jon Hinzman possesses extensive experience in education, agriculture, and leadership roles. As the owner/operator of Hinzman Farm since April 2000, Jon is skilled in budget management, crop cultivation, cattle management, and record keeping. In addition, Jon serves as Development Team Lead for For A Purpose, where leadership focuses on guiding the next generation in dedication and service. An educator since July 2015, Jon has worked across various institutions, including St. Paul Public Schools and Stillwater Area Public Schools, fulfilling roles as a teacher, job coach, and educator. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Principal and Athletics at East Ridge High School and Middle School Principal at Baldwin Woodville Area School District, emphasizing student growth, leadership development, and budget management. Jon holds an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Special Education from St. Cloud State University.
