Lauren E. Johnson, MBA, is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in growth marketing, brand management, and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Growth Marketing at The Beachbody Company since December 2020, Lauren leads campaign management with a focus on performance optimization and strategic business direction. Previous roles at The Beachbody Company include Director of Brand Merchandising and Operations, and Director of Brand Management, where Lauren developed efficient workflows and comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance revenue and brand awareness. Prior to this, Lauren held positions at Marriott International as Senior Manager of Online Retail, and at The Walt Disney Company as Retail Marketing Specialist. Lauren holds an MBA in Marketing from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Marketing and Finance from the University of Maryland.
