Madelyn Nowak is the CEO and Founder of MaddFit LLC, where expertise in health, wellness, and fitness is applied through personal training, group fitness, and nutritional guidance since May 2015. Additionally, Madelyn has served as a Diamond Independent Team Beachbody Coach since October 2012 and has extensive experience teaching yoga at Mighty Yoga from August 2014 to September 2017. Prior roles include Group Fitness Instructor at Dartmouth College and Studio Manager, focusing on high-intensity cardio and strength training programs. Madelyn has also completed internships at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, undertaken research as a Research Assistant at the University at Albany and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and has been involved in educational outreach as a Student Assistant at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Madelyn holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
