May Lam, M.S. is a seasoned professional in product development and innovation within the food and supplement industry, currently serving as Sr. Principal Scientist at Beachbody since July 2012. In this role, May Lam specializes in creating innovative product designs and providing technical direction for product innovation. Prior to Beachbody, May Lam held the position of Manager of New Product Development at Herbalife from August 2003 to July 2012, where responsibilities included leading the formulation of various successful products for both domestic and international markets. May Lam holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from UCLA.
