Steven Serrano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, operations management, and sales and marketing. Currently serving as Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Beachbody since October 2017, Steven leads a diverse team of Quality Engineers and drives continuous improvement in QA practices across multiple digital platforms. Prior to Beachbody, Steven held various roles at DICK'S Sporting Goods, where responsibilities included managing operations and enhancing customer service. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Lip RipperZ, Inc., Steven played a key role in e-commerce development and market strategy. With a Bachelor of Business Science in Project Management from the University of Redlands, Steven combines strong analytical skills with a dedication to quality and operational excellence.
