Tracy Weiss

Tracy Weiss is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and client relations. Since September 2013, Tracy has served as the Owner of Right at Home in Wallingford, CT, focusing on enhancing quality of life through non-medical homecare services. Concurrently, Tracy has been an Independent Affiliate with The Beachbody Company since 2016. Prior to these roles, Tracy held significant positions at Prudential Financial, including AVP of Strategic Relationship Management, where responsibilities encompassed process development and project leadership, and Manager of the National Sales Desk, earning accolades such as the Presidents ACHIEVE Award for Leadership Results. Tracy also received the 2005 Internal Wholesaler of the Year award while serving as a Team Leader. Experience in the financial services industry is complemented by a strong foundation in customer service from previous roles at American Skandia and H&R Block. Tracy holds a BS in Finance from Fairfield University and has educational credentials from Auburn University and Derby High School.
