Alexandra Smith has had a varied work experience. In 2022, they began working as an Apparel and Brand Integration Specialist for Bodidata, Inc. Prior to that, they were a Drum Major for the Department of National Defence from 2013-2019, a Mechanical Engineering Student at Dalhousie University from 2019-2018, a Mechanical Design Engineering Intern at MetOcean Telematics from 2018-2017, a Project Management Intern at ENERCON Canada Inc. from 2017-2014, a Fit Technician at Unique Solutions Design Ltd. from 2014-2006, a Sole Proprietor/Instructor at Wyvern Studios from 2006-2005, and a Truck Driver/Sanitation Specialist at Johnny on the Spot from 2005.

Alexandra Smith has an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dalhousie University, obtained in 2020. Alexandra also holds a certification from the British Association of Teachers of Dancing as a Highland and Scottish National Associate.
