Bodies by Burgoon is an experienced personal training company – for people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels – focused on strengthening bodies, strengthening minds, and changing lives.

The private Northeast Minneapolis training studio is a haven for real people – with real goals - to come and feel no judgment, no insecurity, and no shame. It’s an energizing escape, overflowing with positivity and humility. Client successes have been featured in local and national media, including People magazine and Good Morning America. Bodies by Burgoon is led by Twin Cities native Jason Burgoon, and home to 200 clients. They take training appointments Monday-Saturday. 

The team is educated to work with everything from nutrition, to expecting mothers, to martial arts, to the elderly…and a lot more. They’re all known for their dedication, personal-ness, and humility. They’re committed to strengthening lives and building self-confidence – with clients just starting out, or those with 30 years of experience.
