Jonathan Berg

Jonathan Berg is a Member at Bodman PLC since November 2010, specializing in guiding clients through the negotiation and structuring of information technology and procurement contracts. With an understanding of the challenges in procurement transactions, Jonathan provides clients with practical and thoughtful advice. Previously, Jonathan participated in Leadership Oakland's Class LOXXVII from September 2016 to June 2017, engaging in discussions on regional issues such as education, government, and ethnic diversity. Earlier experience includes working as an Attorney at Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC from September 2007 to October 2010. Jonathan holds a J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law (2007) and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Miami University (2004).
