bmy ~ Body Mind You ~ is a holistic wellness center in the heart of Business Bay Dubai focused on supporting people to slow down, tune in, explore patterns and desires, and discover greater harmony and vitality. 

Our wellness center cultivates a holistic approach to people's health needs by offering collaborative holistic services (e.g. psychotherapy, Craniosacral therapy, homeopathy) for treating the ailments and angst that are caused by, or aggravated by, chronic stress & trauma; and enriching wellness lifestyle practices (e.g. meditation, yoga, qiqong and empowering workshops).
 
bmy is intentionally designed to be a cozy and grounding boutique space to support your internal nourishment and transformation work.
