The Body Screen is an MOT service that looks at how well your Body can take your Health and Lifestyle and gives advice and exercises as unique as your DNA on how to reduce injury and enhance your performance in the future.

The advice is given using a Body Map (front and back) identifying 28 areas prone to injury. Each area presents a colour on the traffic light system. The client then selects each area and they get told why they are prone to injury and what they can do about it to improve it. There are 100 different shades on the traffic light system per area with millions of possible reasons for just one of those shades.

The advice includes information sheets, exercises and guidance on recommended activities and services. The client's goal is to 'Paint Themselves Green' by taking the MOT every 6 months to improve their scores, progressing through medals and winning medals to optimise adherence through motivation and education. 

The Fit2Go Body Screen is accessible, affordable, with instantaneous results and bespoke advice. It also allows you to compare your results to others within your demographic anonymously, creating a competitive environment to encourage you to aim for the peak of your physical fitness.

As a business we are looking to constantly build and develop our practitioner network so we can provide the screening service to clients across the country. Training is FREE online and you don't pay anything until you start to use the Body Screen with your clients. You even get 3 x Free Screenings to play with and then you just pay 10% of the screening fee pay as you go. You can charge £100+ per screening and the screening takes between 30-45 minutes to complete.
