Marie-Paule Dupuy-Roudel

Marie-Paule DUPUY-ROUDEL has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and project management. Marie-Paule started their career in 1991 as a Financial Controller Junior at Wang and later worked at Mobil Oil as a Financial Controller. In 1996, they became a Project Manager at Wang before joining Carrier Corporation as a Divisional Financial Controller in 1998.

In 2001, Marie-Paule joined Bodycote as a Financial Controller and Credit Manager for France, Belgium, and Italy. Marie-Paule was responsible for consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Marie-Paule also played a key role in Navision implementation. Marie-Paule worked at Bodycote until 2005.

Returning to Bodycote in 2009, Marie-Paule held the position of Group Financial Analyst. Marie-Paule focused on group consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement. During their tenure, they were promoted to various roles such as Global Finance Lead for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamic AX in over 20 countries and Head of Finance Operations Development, where they led the deployment of ERP SAP S/4 HANA globally, driving automation and managing a team of Automation Analysts.
