Céline Monges has a wealth of experience in the customer success and business development fields. Céline began their career in 2013 as a Human Resources Intern at Galderma. In 2015, they worked as an Account Manager at Microsoft, a Cost Controller at the Montreux Jazz Festival, and a Product Manager & Business Developer at Fnac Marketplace. In 2016, they took on roles as an Account Executive and Business Developer at PayFit France. In 2019, they were a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager & Ops Manager at Shipup. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Head of Customer Success at Bodyguard, a technology to help protect people from toxic online content, cyberbullying, and hate speech.

Céline Monges attained a Bachelor's Degree in Management from HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne between 2011 and 2014. Céline then pursued a Master's Degree in Management from the same institution between 2014 and 2016. In 2019, they completed a Product track in Product Management from Join Lion.
