Caroline Johnson's work experience starts in 2004 when they joined Gap as a Director of Merchandising. Caroline then moved to Gap Inc./Old Navy in 2008, where they served as a Divisional Merchandise Manager before being promoted to DMM of Old Navy Canada Merchandising. Caroline Johnson started their education at College Saint-Anne, where they pursued a High School degree from 1984 to 1989. During their time there, they obtained a DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in the field of Creative Arts/Business Administration.
