雷川

川雷 is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at 京东方, where they have developed strategies in human resource management for nearly 20 years, focusing on organizational development, performance management, and talent succession planning. They previously worked as an assistant researcher at the 贵州省政府发展研究中心 from 1992 to 1998 and served as a senior trainer at the 彼得·德鲁克管理学院 from 2001 to 2006. 川雷 holds a B.A. in Price Theory from 中国人民大学, an MA in Economics from Lund University School of Economics and Management, and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School.
