Rami Sidani possesses a diverse background in the culinary and customer service sectors, beginning with experience as an Assistant Cook at Phoenicia Hotel Beirut and Nando's, where kitchen safety and food preparation for large groups were key responsibilities. Transitioning to a Sales Executive role at Cupcake coffee shop, Rami excelled in customer interaction and sales of various products. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Officer at Boecker since July 2011, Rami specializes in client management, scheduling, data entry, and ensuring operational standards are met.
