Adam Thibodeau

Adam Thibodeau has a diverse work experience in information technology management. Adam started their career at Alliance Imaging as a Lotus Notes Administrator, where they trained and supervised staff, coordinated server upgrades, and created policies and procedures for end user support. Adam then joined Boeing Intelligence & Analytics in 2001 as an IT Specialist and Application System Analyst. In this role, they supervised an administration team, monitored server performance, and implemented solutions for web server issues. Adam later became an IT Service Delivery Manager at Boeing, where they led the coordination and execution of IT operational strategies, directed site-wide communication efforts, and served as a mentor and coach. Adam was then promoted to IT Manager, overseeing a team of 21 in supporting government satellite systems infrastructure environments and achieving significant cost savings through strategic initiatives. Adam is currently a Senior Information Technology Manager at Boeing, responsible for leading IT organizational support strategy and developing best-in-class IT talent.

Adam Thibodeau has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in IT Management from Capella University. Adam also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the University of Redlands. In addition to their degrees, Adam has obtained several certifications, including Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, CISSP from (ISC)², Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Security (MCSE) from Microsoft, Project Management Certificate from Villanova University, and Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from Villanova University.
