Carl Rudd

Carl Rudd has extensive experience in advanced manufacturing and engineering across multiple companies. Rudd served as the Director of Advanced Manufacturing at EngeniusMicro from July 2016 to July 2023, focusing on the development of multi-material components and associated processes. Prior to this role, Rudd worked as an Engineer at Biomedical Enterprises Inc., designing tools for medical implants, and as a Stress Engineer at Jet Aviation Engineering Services LP and Enflite Inc., providing stress analysis for aircraft structures and FAA compliance. Additionally, Rudd contributed to NASA's Space Launch System at Jacobs Technology as a Stress Analyst, developing weld analysis guidelines. Presently, Rudd serves as a Mechanical Subject Matter Expert at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics. Rudd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
