John Dowling is currently employed at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics as the A&P Operations Manager and Chief System Engineer. Prior to this, John worked at Northrop Grumman as a Ground System Engineer. John previously worked at Wyoming Air National Guard as a Computer Operator and at General Dynamics as a System Administrator. John holds an Associate of Arts degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
