Leszek Kot has a strong background in engineering and manufacturing. Leszek started their career at General Dynamics C4 Systems in 2005 as a Project/Manufacturing Engineer, where they worked until 2011. Leszek then joined Pratt & Whitney as a Project/Manufacturing Engineer from September 2011 to May 2015. Following that, Leszek worked as a Cell Leader SEV Assembly at Pratt & Whitney from May 2015 to August 2018. In 2019, they joined Boeing Intelligence & Analytics as an Engineer and is currently working in that role. Most recently, they have been appointed as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Blue Origin in February 2023.
Leszek Kot completed their high school education between 1996 and 2000. Leszek then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of Rhode Island from 2002 to 2004. In 2006, they enrolled at Bryant University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Management in 2007.
