Michael McCarthy Jr.

Michael McCarthy Jr. is currently a Controller at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics, managing financial operations for the P-8 Poseidon Training Program and focusing on optimizing financial performance while ensuring compliance with government standards. With over a decade of experience in finance and accounting, they have previously held various finance roles at Boeing, including Financial Planning Analyst and Finance & Strategy Development Programs Lead. Michael began their career with internships at Ameren and the National Archives and Records Administration, further developing their expertise in financial analysis and budget management. They hold a B.S. and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Truman State University.
