Roger Wu has a diverse work experience in software integration and testing. Roger started their career at Alcatel-Lucent in 1997, where they worked as a TDMA System Test Engineer. Roger was responsible for preparing and executing test plans, supporting software developers, and participating in system engineering reviews. From 2001 to 2008, Roger worked as a 1xEV-DO Integration Test Engineer and Coordinator at Alcatel-Lucent, where they oversaw test planning and provided test strategy guidance. In 2008, they became a LTE System Integration Engineer and Team Lead at Alcatel-Lucent, coordinating and leading integration testing efforts. In 2010, Roger joined Kestrel Enterprises, Inc. as a Software Integration Test Engineer, providing test coverage in an Agile development environment. Finally, in 2016, they started working at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (formerly Ventura Solutions, Inc.) as a Software Integration Engineer, focusing on the integration and verification of software subsystems.

Roger Wu completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University. Roger attended the university from 1990 to 1994. Later, from 1995 to 1997, Roger pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications from Columbia University.
