Stephen Delaney

Stephen Delaney is an international affairs and security professional with extensive experience in military intelligence and national security consulting. Currently serving as the Executive Officer of the Military Intelligence Detachment within the 19th Special Forces Group (Airborne), they also hold positions as a Mission Manager at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics and an Associate with the Negotiations Task Force at the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University. Previously, from 2018 to 2024, Stephen managed a red team program at ARA, supporting Department of Defense assets by assessing information gaps and developing courses of action. Stephen's educational background includes a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Operations and Information Management from Georgetown University.
