Michael Lu is a seasoned Petroleum Engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently serving at the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management since August 2009. Previously, Michael held a similar role at the Minerals Management Service from 2009 to 2010 and worked as a Project Engineer at CH2M HILL from 2001 to 2009. Michael holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering, obtained from Texas A&M University between 1990 and 1992, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where studies were completed from 1986 to 1989.
