Lasse Räty

Lasse Räty is the CEO and Co-founder of Bofor since December 2020 and previously served as Chairman of the Board and Investor at Ohjelmistoja.fi from May 2019 to December 2020. Lasse has extensive experience in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, having held various leadership roles including Dynamics 365 Technical Lead, Project Manager, and Solution Architect at Kolax Oy from January 2012 to December 2020, where responsibilities involved architecture design, compliance processes, and project management for enterprise-level CRM solutions across multiple industries. Lasse's earlier positions include Business Development Manager at Mepco Oy, where Lasse oversaw Dynamics CRM pre-sales and implementation projects, as well as Unit Manager, CRM Consultant, and Business Intelligence Coordinator at Tekla. Lasse holds a Master of Science degree in Systems Technology from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Technology from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu.
