Sutrisno has extensive experience in the culinary field, starting as a Senior Cook at Tropica Kitchen in 2009 and progressing through various roles, including Chef de Partie at PT Mas Millennium and PT Multiboga, Sous Chef at Alila Hotels, and Chef de Cuisine at Cafe Batavia. In 2021, Sutrisno took on the role of Kitchen Manager at PT Bhadranaya Group, focusing on operational evaluations and sales target development. Currently, Sutrisno serves as an Assistant Area Chef at Boga Group, overseeing multiple outlet kitchens, managing kitchen functions, and ensuring adherence to food quality and safety standards. Education includes a diploma in food production management from Apjih Jakarta.
