Hendra has extensive experience in maintenance and technical supervision within the engineering field. Hendra began as a Senior Technician at SHARP SEMICONDUCTOR INDONESIA from April 2005 to September 2010, focusing on machine control, repairs, and maintenance reporting. Hendra progressed to a Technical Supervisor role at Calpis Indonesia from September 2010 to July 2016, managing budget control and investment planning. Hendra then served as an Assistant Engineering Manager at PT. Nissin Foods Indonesia from March 2017 to November 2018, where responsibilities included preventive maintenance planning and budget management. Since December 2018, Hendra has held the position of Section Head of Maintenance and Utility at Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, Division Bogasari Flour Mills. Additionally, Hendra worked at PT.
