One of our key values at BoHConcepts is diversity. We believe that having access to a diverse workforce of technicians allows us to better serve our partners’ needs and better assure the well-being of our team members. For that reason, we utilize robotics and artificial intelligence for various tasks, such as vacuuming and room service deliveries. This ensures more efficiency and consistency in simple tasks that can be quite physically demanding for people and frees up our technicians for jobs in which a human touch is needed. With more tools and a wider range of skillsets at our disposal, we are better able to customize our staffing solutions to the specificities of each hotel or resort we partner with.
