James McDevitt

James McDevitt is a Corporate Executive Chef at Bohlsen Restaurant Group, where they contribute to a family-based organization that operates several well-known restaurants on Long Island. Previously, they owned and operated successful fine dining establishments, including Restaurant Budo and Restaurant Hapa, both of which received notable accolades. McDevitt has also served as an Executive Chef at FOUR Restaurant Group, managing day-to-day operations, and as an Executive Sous Chef at Le Cirque, aiding in its reopening. They hold an A.O.S. in Restaurant/Food Services Management from Scottsdale Culinary Institute, which they continue to pursue.
