Sam Charaf

Sam Charaf has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Sam is currently the Vice President of Business Development at Boingo Wireless since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Altiostar, A Rakuten Symphony Company from 2020 to 2022, serving as the Vice President of Sales/Account Head and Vice President of Sales. From 2015 to 2019, they were the Director of New Sales & Business Development at Altiostar Networks, Inc. Before that, they held multiple roles at Ericsson, including VP of Sales New Business, Sales Director, New Sales, Director of Services Business Development, and Services Technical Solutions Manager II, spanning from 2002 to 2015. Sam also worked as a Technical Project Manager and Network Management & OSS Consultant at Ericsson from 1998 to 2002, and as an OSS System Integrations professional from 1996 to 1998.

Sam Charaf graduated from Louisiana State University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Sam then attended Southeastern Louisiana University from 1988 to 1990 for their MBA, and later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Telecommunications at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 1991 to 1994.
