Kiley Nelson

Kiley Nelson possesses a robust background in operations and human resources, beginning with significant roles at E & J Gallo Winery, where responsibilities included serving as a Shift Manager in Bottling and a Team Leader. Since July 2006, Kiley has been the Region HR Business Partner at Boise Cascade, supporting multiple facilities across Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico, and has held DDI certification as a trainer since 2006. Kiley's educational foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Productions Operations Management and Human Resources from the University of Idaho, earned between 1991 and 1996.
