Johan Delén

Johan Delén has 10 years of work experience in the software development field. In 2009, they worked as a Software Developer for Albany International Corp. and as a Mentor in Programming for Halmstad University. In 2010, they worked as a System Test Engineer for Volvo Group Trucks Technology and completed a Thesis for Lansen Technology AB. In 2012, they began working for Ericsson as a Software Developer in Base Band Infrastructure and a Software Developer at EPG/GW, Packet Core. In 2017, they moved to Arcam AB as a Software Developer, coaching and leading the software team in SAFe and designing EBM software features in C#. In 2020, they began working for Aareon Nordic as a Software Developer and in 2022, they began working for Bokio as a Senior Software Developer.

Johan Delén obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Halmstad University between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they attended Kattegattgymnasiet from 2004 to 2007, where they completed their High School in Information Systems. Johan is also a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
