Ander Samson

Ander Samson has extensive experience in operations and customer support, currently serving as an Operations Support Technician at Boku since February 2014. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, resolving requests within service level agreements, and utilizing analytical tools for troubleshooting. Previously, Ander worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Boku and Fortumo, facilitating mobile payment solutions for major merchants such as Google and Amazon. Prior roles include affiliate management at Adcash®, link development at Rock Intention Ltd and NetLead OÜ, and various positions in customer service and internships. Ander holds a Master's degree in Translation from the University of Tartu and a Bachelor's degree in German Language and Literature.
