Anni Lõmps

Anni Lõmps has built a career in IT operations and team leadership, focusing on customer relations and project management. They served as a Customer Relationship Manager at Fortumo from 2015 to 2017 and later became the Customer Relations Team Lead at Boku from 2017 to 2022. Currently, Anni is the Head of Customer Relations at Boku, where they lead the team and enhance operational processes. Anni holds a Master's degree in Innovation and Technology Management from the University of Tartu and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Tallinn University.
