Bram Vromans

Bram Vromans currently serves as the Country Lead for Belgium at bol and is a member and chairperson of the HR Advisory Board at Aquafin, where the focus is on optimizing HR initiatives. Vromans is also a Visiting Professor at KU Leuven, teaching Project Management to undergraduate and master's students. As a mentor at Start it @KBC, guidance is provided to start-ups in an incubation program, and as the founder of Majstro, Vromans engages in project management training and business consulting. Previously, Vromans held significant roles at IKEA as Country Digital Manager and Chief Digital Officer for Belgium and Luxembourg, and at Essent.be in various managerial capacities, including Manager of Digital and Project & Process Management. Earlier career experiences include project management at Telenet and consulting at Altran, along with a sales role at Coca-Cola European Partners. Educational qualifications include a degree in Commercial Engineering from KU Leuven and various programs at Vlerick Business School and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
