Doreen Posthuma

Doreen Posthuma is currently an Engineering Manager at bol, leading a machine learning and engineering team within the Logistics and Capacity Steering domain. They have a notable background as an Elite Road Cyclist at Cycle Capital Cycling Club since 2023 and previously excelled as a professional athlete in Acrogym, achieving national championship status and competing in the World Championship in 2012. Doreen's journey includes roles as a Data Scientist and various positions at bol, where they significantly contributed to fraud detection and product quality. They hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Econometrics and Operations Research from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and have recently completed a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher training.
